2. Ensuring Civil Control on the Armed Forces:

• Civil Oversight: Strengthen civilian oversight mechanisms to maintain democratic control over the military, emphasizing respect for human rights and adherence to international norms.
• Transparency: Promote transparency and accountability in military operations, ensuring that the actions of our armed forces align with national interests and the rule of law.
• Community Engagement: Foster community engagement initiatives to build trust and collaboration between our armed forces and the communities they serve.

3. National Defense and Security:

4. Rebuilding and Post-Conflict Support:

• Post-Conflict Reconstruction: Collaborate with the Ministry of Rebuilding to support post-conflict reconstruction efforts, providing security and stability to conflict-affected areas.
• Food Security: Contribute to food security by assisting in securing vital agricultural areas and supply routes.
