Dr. Ibrahim Yousif Beng, a distinguished leader with a background in Darfur movements, is a graduate of the University of Khartoum. He holds two master’s degrees and a PhD in Public-Private Partnerships for financing Infrastructure projects, conferred by Ledz University in the UK. Dr. Beng has held various governmental positions, including roles as an Adviser to the Governor of Khartoum State, Minister of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure, and Minister of Livestock Wealth in Sugam. Now he is responsible for Economy and Rebuilding in ACA Sudan.
